3 Angels Complex Care works closely with individuals and professionals throughout the referral, assessment, transition, and admission process to ensure that we are right for the individual and the individual will be right for us.

Our focus is always to maximise the individual’s happiness, therefore we seek to get it right in the initial assessment, in order to avoid scenarios where the individual is back within a hospital or care home setting.

Expert Nurse-led care of complex care packages

We understand that commissioners of complex care packages are looking for a professional, safe, reliable and effective clinical approach to providing care and support. Our nurse-led teams are expertly trained and experienced to offer personalised care to children and adults living with complex and high acuity needs, as a result of a range of conditions, illnesses and disabilities including but not limited to:

Clinical Leadership

Clinical expertise is central to everything that we do. Our clinical lead nurse is a specialist paediatric registered nurse who trained at Great Ormond Street and is highly experienced in caring for individuals with complex needs. Providing clinical and operational leadership to all our nursing care teams, our Clinical lead is responsible for ensuring we provide a care service that is safe and effective and delivers happiness to all service user and their families, whist supporting our professional partners.
